Dr. A. R. Lord Elementary School
Dr. A. R. Lord Elementary School is a vibrant, happy and positive school providing a creative and challenging learning experience for all students within a caring community. There are approximately 170 students, Kindergarten through grade 7. Kindergarten is full day. Dr. A. R. Lord is twinned with Franklin school and part of the Templeton family of schools. There are a variety of extra curricular opportunities for students including sports and volunteering. As of 2010-2011, Lord has the Fruit and Vegetable program. The school goal is to continue to promote healthy and ethical living and improve students’ physical fitness and nutrition, within the context of larger environmental concerns.
We are a small school with a strong sense of community and excellent academic programs for all students. We welcome registration for students from Grades K to 7. Please call the school if you would like more information or would like a personal tour of our great school.
